Introducing Sahrah and Aaron. This charming couple suggested Ashbridges Bay for their engagement photos. Avid and awesome volleyball players, the beaches are a favourite spot for them, and inarguably romantic. We met before sunset and wandered the boardwalk before crossing onto the sand.

Sahrah's beautiful smile was enough to distract camera-shy Aaron, and she  had an inherent ability to make him laugh. Sweet nothings and somethings, mixed with a lot of playing around... the sun set in a flash and none of us could believe the evening went by so quickly.

Thanks Aaron and Sahrah for a wonderful evening at the beach - I can't wait to shoot your wedding in August!!

Daniella and Jean wanted to visit a horse ranch for their engagement photos - I couldn't have been happier! We discovered the Silver Spur Ranch in the beautiful Kleinburg area, and wandered the grounds as the sun began to set.

There's little I can add to the majesty of this setting, and even less for the happy giggling and joyful laughter and energy between this lovely couple. The smiles speak for themselves.

We did Anna and Geoff's Toronto engagement photos down near Cherry Beach. There are so many great little spots there - the boardwalk, the forest, the beach house - it's one of my favourite places to shoot.

Anna and Geoff told me they were terrible in front of the camera... Of course we got started and they were awesome.

In fact, Geoff - "the shy one" - seemed to forget I was even there. Anna helped with that - she's a total joker and had him laughing and smiling all afternoon.

Michelle and Pawel are a delightful, sweet couple! We met in downtown Toronto, one cold but sunny Sunday morning in April to do their engagement photos. They were so playful and funny - they must be morning people!

We walked about the Flatiron Building in Toronto and totally lucked out! The early morning light reflected off the skyscrapers nearby, casting a beautiful glow over the vintage brick and ironwork, illuminating the whole park.

Um, can we say totally in love?! Life doesn't get much better than this. I'm truly looking forward to the big day with these happy lovers.

If you think Shelby & Ian's Unionville engagement photos looked like a LOT of fun, that's because they were. We explored - no, we adventured - around Unionville one Sunday morning last fall. Words wont really suffice to describe the day, or this funny, warm couple... But pictures might.

After a long wait (while Ian was designing and building a race car in Italy - just sayin') I can't wait to finally shoot their wedding Next Saturday - Loads more fun to come!!
